Job summary

stc is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Cloud Operations Lead in Riyadh to govern strategy, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive efficiency across cloud and on‑premise environments.

You will coordinate with business units and partners, implement robust governance, and advance DevOps practices to improve resilience and performance of critical applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud operations.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of IT infrastructure and cloud operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish governance, policies, and standards for scalable, secure infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Plan, deploy, and optimize cloud and on-premises services supporting critical applications.
• Coordinate with business units and shared services for seamless delivery of IT initiatives.
• Define operational processes, service models, and roles to ensure service excellence and accountability.

Key Functional Accountability

• Lead the development and execution of IT infrastructure and cloud operations strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, digital transformation goals, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Oversee the design and enforcement of governance frameworks, policies, and standards for infrastructure and cloud environments to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
• Lead the planning, deployment, and optimization of cloud and infrastructure services supporting mission-critical and business-critical applications.
• Drive coordination with business units and shared services to ensure seamless delivery of IT infrastructure and cloud initiatives aligned with operational priorities.
• Define and govern operational processes, service management models, roles, and responsibilities to ensure service excellence, efficiency, and accountability.
• Manage and optimize relationships with cloud service providers, vendors, and technology partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs, cost efficiency, and performance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure, cloud operations, and DevOps practices to enhance resilience, automation, and operational efficiency.
