A healthcare organization in Jeddah is looking for a Technical Support specialist to operate and maintain computer systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, deploying PCs, and assisting users. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, at least one year of technical support experience, and excellent communication skills in English. Saudi Nationality is required for this role.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the systems by ensuring proper backup and periodic maintenance
• Deploy new desktop PCs and maintain old ones.
• Fix, diagnose or isolate problems with network, PCs, terminals, and all peripherals.
• Initiate and follow-up on orders for computer parts needed for maintenance.
• Assist users with proper operations of computers, equipment, and software systems.
• Train and advise users in general usage and operation of computer equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in Technical Support.
• Training on windows operating system environmentand MS desktop products.
• Experience in networking domain environmentand business applications and general knowledge in servers hardware & Software.
• Good Communication Skills
• Should have good communication skills in both oral and written English.
• Saudi Nationality is a must
