URGENT HIRING: IT Specialist

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in MCs, IT, MIS, or a related field
• Ideally 2+ year of experience in IT and networking
• Fresh Saudi graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidate must be in Jeddah or willing to travel to the Industrial city Jeddah for work

Job Responsibilities

• Installation and configuration of New computers/laptops/printers, New Microsoft Operating system, Microsoft Office, and other software
• Upgrading of Microsoft products
• Co-ordinate with vendors for installation of servers
• Co-ordinate with network technician for new installation
• Maintenance of existing network connections and antivirus system
• Facilitate with clients for day-to-day problems of computers, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment
• Ensure daily backup of the exchange server and shared folder data
• Fixing errors for Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office
• Installation and monitoring of wireless equipment
• Control of IPs for all users to avoid any conflict
• Monitoring the Tetra Pak server which is connected with Tetra Lines and taking action with Tetra Pak in case of any problem
• Maintaining the log register for complaints and updating IT supplies
