The Quality Specialist is responsible for evaluating the quality of technical process execution within the project, monitoring compliance with agreed standards, and providing recommendations to improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct periodic quality reviews of technical service delivery according to project requirements.
  • Monitor the technical team’s compliance with technical procedure specifications and service levels.
  • Analyze operational performance data and prepare reports including performance indicators and deviations.
  • Document inspection results and submit quality observations to the Project Manager and relevant management.
  • Coordinate with technical departments to improve technical support processes and system operations.
  • Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions and improvements recommended after quality reviews.
  • Contribute to developing performance evaluation methodologies to ensure continuous improvement.
