Job Profile Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in outsourcing engineering and technical solution and services (Professional Services Outsourcing) including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, electronic, chemical, industrial, and petrochemical and other engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in staffing, manpower supply, or outsourcing services for engineering-intensive industries.

This role demands strategic thinking, strong client relationship management, and deep industry insight into how companies leverage third-party vendors to fulfill complex engineering and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow accounts in engineering outsourcing
  • Identify and engage with decision-makers in industrial, petrochemical, manufacturing, and EPC sectors
  • Promote tailored outsourcing solutions for engineers and technicians across multiple disciplines
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently
