Job summary

Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is seeking a proactive professional to plan, design, and optimize operational processes across multiple facilities and logistics locations. You will lead projects aimed at efficiency, safety, and cost reduction while standardizing workflows and developing KPIs to measure performance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with membership in SCE or equivalent certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• SCE Membership or equivalent certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of EHS requirements and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, redesign, and optimize operational processes and workflows to support existing operations and projects.
• Develop and implement KPIs, monitor performance, and drive cost reduction and efficiency.
• Standardize work processes across facilities, hubs, and logistics locations.
• Lead multiple operational projects and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams on preventive maintenance and safety programs.
