Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Big Data Engineer to design and operate end-to-end big data and analytics solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Manufacturing.

You will ingest diverse data, optimize Hadoop/Cloudera platforms, and deliver real-time, predictive dashboards to drive efficiency, safety, and compliance. Join a team focused on industrial digitalization and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Experience designing and operating end-to-end big data and analytics solutions.
Proficient in ETL/ELT pipelines using Scala, PySpark, Sqoop, NiFi.
Experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools (HDFS, Hive/Impala) and workflow schedulers (Oozie).
Ability to develop real-time and predictive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for pre-production and production environments.
Ingest data from industrial sources (sensors, relational DBs, enterprise apps).
Build real-time dashboards to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions.
Collaborate on integrating industrial systems with the big data lake for advanced analytics.
