The Inbound Supervisor at Ninja is responsible for overseeing all inbound logistics activities, ensuring accurate and efficient receipt of goods into the warehouse. This role includes managing a team of inbound staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing operational best practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all inbound activities, including receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming products.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all inbound shipments, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and mentor the inbound team, providing training and support to enhance performance and navigate challenges.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and management to minimize waste and obsolescence.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers and logistics providers to resolve any shipping discrepancies or operational issues.
  • Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols within the receiving area.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to track inbound product movement and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform regular audits of inbound processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Generate reports on inbound performance metrics for management review.
