Overview

AtkinsRéalis is looking for an Interior Design Inspector (Site Operations), in Riyadh, KSA with experience in museum, cultural or high end fit-out experience.

Your role
  • Support the development and execution of interior design concepts from schematic design through to construction documentation and site implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction phase.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve on-site design issues.
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups.
  • Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of interior elements.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, health and safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
About you
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
  • 7-10 years of experience in interior design, with at least 3 years in site-based roles in the KSA.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in museum, Cultural or high end fit-out experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Must have supervision consultancy experience in KSA.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience working with international design consultancies or PMC environments with strong background in interior design and fit‑out delivery.
  • LEED, WELL, or other sustainability certifications are a plus.
