The Role – ICT Engineer (PMC Project)

We are seeking an experienced ICT Engineer to join our project management consultancy (PMC) team based in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating ICT systems and infrastructure across complex projects, ensuring the highest levels of design, integration, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and integration of ICT systems within major infrastructure and building projects.
• Review and validate ICT design documentation, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve design and implementation issues.
• Ensure ICT infrastructure aligns with smart city, security, and operational technology requirements.
• Conduct technical reviews covering structured cabling, data networks, telecom systems, BMS integration, CCTV, access control, and related ICT services.

Key Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including PMC or client-side project experience.
• Proven expertise in ICT systems design, integration, and coordination across large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use development projects.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, data centers, communication systems, and ELV integration.
• Experience in reviewing ICT-related drawings, RFI responses, and technical submittals.
• Familiarity with international standards and guidelines such as TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC, and BICSI.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical reporting skills.
