You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Support design and implementation of ICT/ELV systems for stadium operations in line with FIFA standards.
  • Coordinate integration of systems: structured cabling, networking/Wi-Fi, IBS/DAS, AV, BMS interfaces, and Fire & Life Safety.
  • Manage ICT/ELV infrastructure from design through commissioning.
  • Provide technical input to architectural and MEP teams and review design changes.
  • Ensure operational readiness for match-day technology and maintain updated ICT requirements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for smooth coordination and verify resilience/redundancy measures.
  • Support design reviews, resolve issues, and deliver timely technical feedback for cohesive project execution.
You’ll Need To Have
  • Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10–15 years in ICT/ELV systems design and implementation.
  • Large-scale projects experience, preferably stadiums or sports facilities.
  • Proficient in CAD/BIM tools for ICT/ELV layouts.
  • Knowledge of industry codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with LEED and sustainability principles.
  • Exposure to design review processes and design management methodologies.
  • Strong coordination skills across multiple disciplines.
  • Prior experience in sports or mega-event projects.
