Job description

We are seeking an experienced ICT Data Manager to lead enterprise data governance, data platforms, and resilience across a mission-critical environment in KSA. The role will ensure data availability, security, and compliance in line with DAMA-DMBOK frameworks and Saudi regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage data governance frameworks aligned with DAMA-DMBOK
• Define data ownership, stewardship, policies, and standards
• Oversee SAN/NAS storage, capacity planning, and performance
• Manage backup and disaster recovery (DR) to meet RPO/RTO targets
• Support data environments hosted on Spine-Leaf (EVPN-VXLAN) architectures
• Implement micro-segmentation to secure east-west traffic
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations (e.g. NCA, PDPL, SDAIA where applicable)
• Collaborate with ICT, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders
• Drive data quality, audits, and maturity assessments

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in ICT / Data Management / Data Center environments
• Strong knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK frameworks
• Hands-on experience with:
• SAN / NAS storage
• Backup & Disaster Recovery
• Data security and access controls
• Good understanding of EVPN-VXLAN / Spine-Leaf networking
• Experience with micro-segmentation
