Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in production management within the printing, signage, fabrication, or packaging industry.
• 5+ years of experience in KSA with a deep understanding of local regulations.
• Proven experience in setting up and managing production units from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setting up of a new hybrid production unit.
• Hire, train, and manage a skilled production team.
• Develop SOPs and quality control processes for all production activities.
• Oversee machinery and equipment procurement and maintenance.
• Monitor and control production costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations.
• Collaborate with sales and management to align production capabilities.
