Job description
- Preventive Maintenance performance as per given scheduled.
- Corrective Maintenance works effectiveness with short downtime.
- Performing preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Performing predictive/preventive maintenance, cleaning and replacing defective mechanical parts.
- Record readings and make adjustments where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment
- Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean and safe workplace
- Perform periodic checks of tool and instrument inventory
- Perform additional job duties as requested
