The ideal candidate will have a diploma in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems, and a strong understanding of Saudi HVAC standards. Role Purpose

The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air‑conditioning and ventilation systems across Leylatys Riyadh facilities. The role ensures all HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably to maintain comfort, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and service chillers, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, and ducting systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns promptly.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
  • Calibrate thermostats and ensure balanced airflow across facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and refrigerant handling standards.
  • Support all site operations when required by assisting with HVAC needs at external functions, other Leylaty sites, and affiliated restaurants.
  • Record maintenance activities and refrigerant usage accurately.
  • Recommend system efficiency upgrades and report issues to the Facilities Engineer.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or certification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Saudi HVAC standards and refrigerant safety regulations.

Health & Safety Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety procedures related to HVAC systems and refrigerant handling.
  • Use proper PPE and tools when servicing systems.
  • Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Facilities Engineer, Electrician, Plumber, Kitchen Technician, and Welder.
  • Coordinate with contractors for specialised HVAC works.
  • Support operations during events or off‑site activities requiring climate control expertise.
