A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a full-time Human Resources Supervisor in Mecca. This role involves overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee relations.   • Proficiency in using HR systems (experience with the GOSI/Gasser system is preferred).

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Mecca. The Human Resources Supervisor will oversee HR operations to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, supervising performance management processes, and offering support to both employees and management. The role also involves identifying areas for organizational improvement and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervising all HR department tasks and ensuring the implementation of internal policies.
  • Monitoring attendance and departure and preparing periodic reports.
  • Managing employee files, contracts, and leaves.
  • Following up on the recruitment process from interviews until the commencement of work.
  • Overseeing payroll procedures, settlements, and termination of services.
  • Ensuring the facility's compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Preparing monthly reports and submitting them to senior management.
Conditions and Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the Human Resources field within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law.
