Role Description

This on‑site, full‑time position based in Al Khobar involves overseeing HR operations and leading a team to ensure efficient HR management across the organization. The Human Resources Supervisor will implement and monitor HR policies, manage employee relations, oversee performance appraisals, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. The role also includes collaborating with managers to address workforce needs and support employee development.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management with a strong understanding of organizational structures.
  • Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues effectively.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Performance Management systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial HR role is highly desirable.
