Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and candidate requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up on feedback.
- Manage and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking systems.
- Prepare and send job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Support Saudization initiatives and ensure compliance with localization quotas.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Participate in career fairs and local recruitment events.
- Generate recruitment reports and KPIs as needed.
Skills
Requirements:
- Saudi National (as per company Saudization goals).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge ofSaudilabourlaws and hiring regulations.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
- Fluent inArabic and English
