Apt Resources is seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer for our client in KSA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, GRO functions, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and GRO activities.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including preparation of contracts on Qiwa and Absher registrations.
  • Maintain and update employee records across all relevant government portals.
  • Issue and manage all required employee-related documents and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Support management with HR policies, employee relations, and performance management initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on HR-related activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR and GRO functions within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and government portals (Qiwa, Absher, GOSI, Mudad, etc.).
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office and other HR systems.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
