Foreground is partnering with a leading educational institution in Saudi Arabia to identify a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function and drive a culture of performance, engagement, and organizational growth.

The ideal candidate is a young professional with a strong personality, capable of building trust and credibility across all levels of the organization, while ensuring HR operations, policies, and people initiatives are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and training.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the institutions vision and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on all human capital matters.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top local and international talent across academic and administrative roles.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and grievance procedures professionally and in compliance with labor law.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs that enhance staff capability and retention.
  • Foster a positive work environment built on trust, communication, and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HRIS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, GOSI, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to the institutions long-term HR strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within education, corporate, or service-oriented environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to manage challenges with professionalism and discretion.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office tools.
