Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and possess strong administrative and reporting skills along with team management capabilities. This position is limited to KSA Nationals only.

Job description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

The candidate must be fully involved in the administering of procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support the HR & Admin Manager in full spectrum of HR functions including training and development, recruitment, staff welfare, compensation and benefits and internal communications as well as accounts matters
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Schedule interview arrangement
  • Wholly responsible for new hires preparation including Letter of Appointment, staff card, workstation, personal file, new staff checklist etc.
  • Orientation to new employees
  • Monitor employees due for confirmation, prepare and submit appraisal form to respective supervisor and follow-up
  • Monitor and maintain employees’ insurance
  • Administer all employees’ attendance
  • Maintaining and ensuring all employees’ leave and medical claims record are accurate
  • Coordinates executive travel plans and other arrangements as needed
  • Attending to staff enquiries
  • Maintain personal files of employees
  • Process enrollments, changes and terminations of employees
  • Assist employees with any benefit claim issues or concerns
  • Track implementation of Performance Appraisals
  • Obtains visas for employees needing to travel abroad

SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
  • Should possess reporting skills, administrative writing skills and Microsoft Office Skills
  • Should be able to manage processes, analyze information and solve problems
  • Strong organization skills and verbal communication
  • Strong ability to manage teams
