The role involves strategic HR functions, partnership with senior management, and compliance optimization. Candidates should have over 10 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial capacity. This leadership role oversees a multi-disciplinary HR and Administration organization of 42 employees, including four direct Line Managers, and plays a key part in shaping the company’s people strategy. As a core member of the leadership team, the role drives HR input into annual planning, ensuring that workforce strategies, talent planning, and organisational priorities are fully aligned with business objectives.
You will lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, nationalisation, performance management, employee relations, HR services, policy deployment, organisational development, and people cost control. A central part of the role involves strengthening compliance, optimizing headcount costs, enhancing workforce productivity, and ensuring operational readiness against evolving regulatory requirements. The position also oversees public relations activities, corporate social responsibility programs, security operations, and general administration to ensure smooth business continuity.
