The Job in a Nutshell💡 We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Lead with strong leadership and team management skills. The role requires full expertise across all HR functions and hands-on experience dealing with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). The HR Lead will be responsible for leading the HR team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop the HR team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, SAMA regulations, and internal policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) for HR-related audits, reports, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Provide strategic HR support and advice to senior management.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, GOSI, and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  • Lead HR planning, workforce strategy, and succession planning.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR and compliance.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data, systems, and reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, including a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience working with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and requirements.
  • Knowledge of SAMA AML requirements and FIU STR procedures is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and Saudization policies.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • HR professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing HR teams within regulated environments.
