Position Overview

We are seeking a well-rounded HR generalist to assist in our HR operations as we rapidly grow in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on visa processing, employee benefits, employee relations, performance management, talent management, and other key HR functions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR Manager and recruitment team to develop, implement and administer employee policies.
  • Will be responsible for processing work visas and relocation for new hires.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide high quality advice and service to management team on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
  • Identify ways to improve policies and procedures in areas including but not limited to : Benefits, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Talent Management and Retention, Performance Management, and L&D.
  • Assist HR Manager with health insurance renewal and other insurance renewals.
  • Coordinate and maintain system to track employees’ time off and conform to Company policies.
  • Understand National and Provincial HR requirements to ensure Company is in compliance.
  • Perform background checks and education checks.
Position Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of general HR experience.
  • Experience working through the work authorization and visa administration process.
  • Familiarity with national and provincial employment laws and regulations.
  • Expertise in HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and handle highly sensitive information.
  • Past experience in working with a highly technical organization preferred.
  • Self-starter on assigned projects.
  • Possess a passion for learning and a willingness to grow with the company.
  • Exercise sound judgment in advising and handling HR situations with employees and / or management.

This role is based in Saudi Arabia, and the ideal candidate would be willing to relocate to Dammam.
