Head of Recruitment - Middle East & Africa

An exciting new position for Saudi nationals as HR Director with this expanding hospitality business based in Jeddah. The role requires a strategic leader with strong expertise in policy development, organisational culture, change management & HR digital transformation, capable of ensuring alignment with business goals during this critical phase of growth & regional expansion.

As HR Director you’ll be responsible for strengthening HR policies, elevating the training & development functions, enhancing HR Business Partnering, & driving employee engagement & performance management programs.

The ideal HR Director will have proven experience leading HR strategy & organisational development in large-scale operations, possess strong business acumen & stakeholder management skills, with a background in food service, retail, or FMCG industry.

Requirements:

  • Saudi with fluency in English
  • Possesses a deep understanding of Saudi work culture & labour environment, able to balance traditional values with modern HR practices
  • At least 5 years in a senior role as HR Director, Head of HR etc…
  • Proven experience in multi-site, multi-country operations (preferably in food service, retail, or FMCG).
