As HR Director you’ll be responsible for strengthening HR policies, elevating the training & development functions, enhancing HR Business Partnering, & driving employee engagement & performance management programs.
The ideal HR Director will have proven experience leading HR strategy & organisational development in large-scale operations, possess strong business acumen & stakeholder management skills, with a background in food service, retail, or FMCG industry.
