The project:

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high‑calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Implements and ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) policies, procedures, and standards across assigned projects.
• Leads preparation and alignment with external standards including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and other relevant certifications.
• Coordinates and supports inspection and audit schedules, including operational HSW audits and inspections.
• Contributes to the development and revision of HSW standards and guidance documents.
• Analyzes audit results, KPIs, and reports, identifying gaps and developing mitigation plans to support operational improvements.
• Manages and participates in incident investigations in accordance with business procedures.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing work processes and HSW performance.
• Builds and maintains effective stakeholder relationships, supporting collaboration and contributing to net zero carbon transition goals.

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• NEBOSH or OSHA qualification.
