Qualifications

  • Saudi National with a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSEW management in construction or civil engineering.
  • Strong understanding of HSEW regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Certification in HSEW (NEBOSH, IOSH) is an advantage.

The HSEW Manager will engage with various stakeholders and manage safety performance while adhering to local regulations, standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSEW policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Conduct HSEW audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Deliver training and awareness programs for employees on HSEW principles and practices.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, ensuring thorough reporting and analysis to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with project management teams, providing expert advice on HSEW risk management strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and community representatives regarding HSEW matters.
  • Prepare and present HSEW reports, statistics, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Saudi National with a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in HSEW management, preferably within the construction or civil engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of HSEW regulations, standards, and best practices applicable in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting HSEW audits and incident investigations.
  • Proven ability to develop HSEW training programs and engage employees in safety culture initiatives.
  • Certification in HSEW (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) will be an advantage.
