Premium Solutions Consultancy is looking for a skilled and proactive HSE Supervisor to join our client's team in KSA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained at the worksite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and applicable legislation.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and audits, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.
• Implement safety training programs for staff and personnel, ensuring all site workers understand their roles in maintaining safety standards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, compiling reports and maintaining records of HSE performance.
• Assist in developing and reviewing HSE plans, procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness.
• Ensure that all safety equipment and PPE are available, properly maintained, and used correctly by all personnel.
• Prepare and present reports on site safety performance and recommendations for improvements.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE supervision within construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, standards, and practices.
• Strong observational and analytical skills for identifying hazards and risks.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and training personnel.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent are preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
