Job summary

A leading engineering firm based in AlUla, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced HSE Officer. The role involves conducting safety inspections, developing risk assessments, and organizing training programs to ensure compliance with HSE standards. The ideal candidate has a degree in Safety or a related field, with over 4 years of experience and relevant certifications. Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years experience in HSE/safety officer role, especially in construction, oil & gas.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or other recognized HSE certifications strongly preferred.
• First aid and firefighting training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and hazard analyses to identify unsafe conditions.
• Assist in creating and enforcing safety policies and management systems.
• Organize and deliver safety trainings and toolbox talks.
• Investigate accidents, determine root causes, and prepare incident reports.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and follow-ups to ensure compliance.
• Stay updated on Saudi health, safety, and environmental regulations.
