Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on project sites.
• Conduct site inspections, daily/weekly audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor contractors' compliance with HSE requirements.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety inductions.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare RCA reports.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation and records.
• Assist in preparing Emergency Response Plans.
• Liaise with project management and contractors to promote safety.
• Participate in management reviews and evaluations.
• Support the Project HSE Manager in achieving objectives.

• Conduct regular site inspections, daily/weekly audits, and risk assessments to ensure safe working conditions.
• Monitor contractors' compliance with HSE requirements and report deviations.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for workers and staff.
• Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, and recommend corrective/preventative measures.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation, records, and reports in line with ISO 45001 and client requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of Emergency Response Plans and ensure drills are conducted periodically.
• Liaise with project management, contractors, and consultants to promote safety culture.
• Participate in management reviews, compliance evaluations, and audits.
• Support the Project HSE Manager in achieving HSE objectives and KPI targets.
