Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to establish and monitor HSE programs, ensuring compliance with ISO standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment Management and a minimum of 10 years in a lead HSE position. Strong communication and training skills are essential, along with the ability to conduct audits and prepare detailed reports. This position is based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge in root cause analysis (RCA)
• Previous experience in refinery will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor the Contractor HSE Program.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports.
• Manage the HSE staff and coordinate their schedules.
• Investigate HSE complaints and report results.
• Develop emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.

Qualified in implementation of ISO management systems

Qualified/certified in HSE practices

Education
