Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective HSE programs and training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and standards for all operational activities.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
  • Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and coordinate corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Design and deliver effective safety training programs to staff and contractors to enhance safety awareness.
  • Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare regular reports for management review and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with JASARA's safety objectives.
