JASARA PMC is looking for a proactive and experienced HSE Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving health, safety, and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and standards in our construction projects. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a safety-first culture throughout the organization and promoting workplace safety among all employees.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance employee awareness and adherence to health and safety procedures.
  • Prepare reports on safety performance and incidents, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and recommend preventative measures.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote HSE initiatives and maintain open lines of communication regarding safety objectives.
  • Keep abreast of new developments in HSE legislation, standards, and practices relevant to the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, with a focus on construction projects.
  • Proficient knowledge of HSE regulations, industry best practices, and safety management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
