Job description
Position Summary:

The HR Supervisor (Saudi National) will be based at the site office and is responsible for managing all HR operations at the project location, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and workforce administration. The role acts as the key liaison between the site management and Head Office HR, ensuring that all HR activities comply with Saudi Labor Law and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support the site HR team in daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and welfare concerns in accordance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and internal communications effectively at the site level.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance tracking, and personnel documentation.
  • Coordinate with Head Office HR on payroll processing, benefits administration, and manpower movements.
  • Oversee employee transfers, contract renewals, terminations, and final settlements in compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regular HR and manpower reports to Head Office HR and site management.
  • Promote a positive, compliant, and productive work environment across the site workforce.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to HR team members at the site.
