We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and supporting internal teams with administrative and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee records and HR documentation in compliance with Saudi labor laws
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently
  • Administer employee data and transactions through platforms such as Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures across the group
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee records
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and company policies
  • Support performance evaluations, training initiatives, and reporting (Saudization, turnover, etc.)
  • Assist in internal audits and ensure HR systems and practices meet compliance standards
  • Support recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and HR procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management
Qualifications
  • Saudi nationality is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of hands‑on HR experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience with HR systems (HRIS/ERP), Microsoft Office, and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Collaborative mindset with a detail‑oriented approach to work
