Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction of top talent to meet organizational needs.
  3. Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to promote a smooth transition and integration into the company.
  4. Monitor and report on HR metrics, providing insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
