Job summary

A recruitment company in Jeddah is seeking a qualified HR Assistant to support the HR Head in various tasks including developing organization charts, job descriptions, and executing recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and have a good command of English, along with proficiency in MS Office. This role involves coordinating with different departments and preparing HR-related reports, making it suitable for organized individuals who can manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic as a native speaker is required.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Possession of a car and valid driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Head in developing organization charts.
  • Develop required job descriptions based on organization charts.
  • Collect hiring needs from all factory departments.
  • Execute recruitment strategies to fill vacancies on time.
  • Prepare and run interview schedules.
  • Send job offers and follow up on onboarding.
  • Coordinate with Personnel and Com & Ben departments.
  • Assist HR Head in developing necessary HR reports.

Job description
Overview
  • Assisting the HR Head in developing the organization charts of the factory.
  • Developing the required job descriptions based on the approved organization charts.
  • Collecting the hiring needs from all factory departments.
  • Executing various recruitment strategies to assure fulfilling the required vacancies within the agreed upon time frames.
  • Preparing and running related interviews schedules in coordination with the HR Head and functional Managers.
  • Sending the job offers to the finally selected candidates and following up on their onboarding process, this will include seating plan, IT requirements, stationary requirement and bank accounts when needed.
  • Coordinating with both Personnel and Com & Ben departments regarding adding the new hires to the related database.
  • Assisting the HR Head in developing all kind of HR related reports such as Headcount Reports, Employees Cost, Com & Ben reports and any other required reports based on business need.
