Job description

Responsibilities

• Build and own the sourcing pipeline and candidate pool.
• Screen candidates for interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
• Source and develop passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, social media, research, etc.
• Manage job postings.
• Work closely with the recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company’s system.
• Ensure compliance with company’s hiring policies and practices.
