We are seeking an HR & Operations Supervisor to manage all administrative and operational aspects of HR and discipline, ensuring smooth daily operations with high efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare weekly schedules for trainers and staff according to operational needs
  • Monitor daily attendance and departures, ensuring accurate records
  • Implement HR and discipline policies consistently and fairly, handling violations according to established procedures
  • Coordinate leaves, shift swaps, and emergency absences to maintain workflow continuity
  • Organize employee files, contracts, and internal HR procedures
  • Maintain continuous communication with management regarding operational observations and overall performance
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on discipline, attendance, and operational efficiency
  • Support recruitment activities (posting job ads, conducting interviews, preparing contracts)
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Saudi nationality
  • Minimum of three years of experience in HR or operations management
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Balanced personality with the ability to combine firmness and flexibility
  • Previous experience in the sports sector or field operations is preferred
  • Proficient in computer and cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent command of English
