Key Accountabilities
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including: Recruitment and onboarding, Employee file, Payroll and overtime calculation, End of service benefits, Performance appraisal and rewards, Training and development, Medical insurance management, Vacation management, HR budgeting and cost allocation
  • Employee housing and catering management
  • Strong familiarity with governmental platforms and procedures, including:
  • Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI, Taqat, Tamheer, HRDF, Chamber of Commerce, Modon, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jadarat, Moa’ama, and others.
  • Preferable experience using Jisr HR System or similar HR software.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
  • Batchelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations within the industrial sector (preferred).
  • Good understanding of HR laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Strong numerical and financial skills, especially in routine HR and payroll transactions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills for internal coordination and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Teams).
  • High accuracy in preparing reports and providing recommendations.
  • Commitment to medical examination prior to employment and confidentiality of information.
  • Proactive and responsible, capable of working independently without continuous supervision.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – highly preferred.
