Job summary

A leading dredging and marine services company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Specialist to support HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and coordinate recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with 2-6 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Strong MS Office and HRMS skills are required. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a project-based or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and local labor laws.
  • Ability to manage employee records and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute HR operations including personnel administration and recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with requirements.
  • Process HR transactions including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and support training activities.
  • Participate in HR audits and promote employee engagement initiatives.
