Job description

As Lendo continues to grow, we’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer (Tamheer Program) to support our people initiatives and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization. In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement, while contributing to Lendo’s mission of building a high‑performing, people‑first culture.

You’ll collaborate closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to manage day‑to‑day operations, maintain employee records, assist with performance and benefits administration, and support the rollout of company‑wide HR projects. Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Administration

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records within the HR system (HRIS).
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, documentation, and HR reports.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Help organize engagement initiatives, events, and employee communications.
  • Support in handling employee inquiries and coordinating HR‑related requests.

Performance & Development

  • Assist in coordinating the performance review process and collecting feedback.
  • Support learning and development activities, including training logistics and attendance tracking.

HR Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and Saudi labor laws.
  • Help update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Eligible for the Tamheer Program (Saudi national, recent graduate).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Passion for HR, people operations, and creating a positive employee experience.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
