Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.

  • Experience with C&B processes and compliance with local labor laws.

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for functional heads. Understand their operational challenges and provide practical HR solutions
  • Own the full talent cycle – from workforce planning and recruiting skilled technical & operational staff, to onboarding, performance management, and developing succession plans
  • Be the go-to expert for complex employee matters. Foster a positive work environment, ensure fair application of policies, and manage investigations with integrity and discretion
  • Manage local C&B processes, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity, particularly for critical technical roles
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Saudi labor law and company policies. Champion a strong safety culture in partnership with the HSE team
  • Oversite of payroll, final settlements, and Iqama/ GOSI processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
What makes you great
  • A Bachelor's degree holder as a minium
  • A proven HR Generalist or HRBP with 7+ years of experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial gases, oil & gas, or a related heavy industry
  • Deep, practical knowledge of Saudi Arabian Labor Law and local social insurance (GOSI) regulations, this is non-negotiable
  • You are resilient and pragmatic
  • You can navigate the pressures of a plant environment and connect with a blue-collar workforce as effectively as you do with management
  • A problem-solver, not a policy-hider. You use data and judgment to make decisions
  • You use data to drive decisions. You can analyze trends in turnover, attendance, and recruitment to identify issues and measure the impact of HR initiatives
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
