Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading aesthetics clinic in Riyadh, KSA, to hire an Assistant HR Manager to oversee HR operations in the Saudi Arabia branch. This regional role requires a results-driven HR professional who can operate in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance, optimizing HR functions, and traveling on short notice as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee HR operations in the Saudi branch.
  • Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws and healthcare regulations.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to drive efficiency.
  • Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and foster a strong work culture.
  • Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
