HR Manager

My client is a leading UK retailer who are expanding and opening stores across the Middle East

We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to provide dedicated, efficient and proactive HR support to a team of highly skilled Retailers

We are looking for someone who is passionate about positive results through people, and who is looking for an opportunity to build the people capability to deliver the future growth goals of the business.

What you’ll be doing

Work closely with your business areas and help them to implement the business strategy from a people perspective.

Develop meaningful relationships with key people in their business area, and the wider People Team.

Use and provide data, metrics and evidence to inform and drive decision making and change across your their business area(s).

Lead and implement practical measures to support employee engagement

Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency

Provide guidance on people practices such as career paths, restructures and succession planning.

Lead and manage any complex ER issues.

Utilise your data analysis expertise to support strategic reward decisions

Provide advice on matters of pay, benefits, benchmarking and support gender pay reporting.

Ensuring that the HR System is a single version of truth for all people records and provides an accurate record of the organisation.
