A leading multi-national organization is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR Function in KSA - Dammam. This person will manage a team of 10 people and liaise effectively at Director level.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and coordinate policies and programs
• Partner with various departments such as Finance, Legal and Compliance
• Counsel managers on HR policies
• Help to meet Nationalization targets
• Talent Management and Succession Planning
• Retention and Employee Relations

Qualifications
