Summary: Seeking an experienced HR Government Relations Specialist to manage relationships with government entities in Saudi Arabia. This role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing Saudization reports, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Track Saudization percentages
• Prepare Saudization and other regulatory reports
• Coordinate with finance for timely settlements
• Manage relationships with government entities and ensure compliance with labor regulations

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Excellent communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor regulations
