Role Overview
As an HR Generalist, your key role is to provide HR support to the team and across the business units. You will coordinate onboarding, visa processes, relocation, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding, while maintaining HR systems and ensuring compliance with Saudi labour law.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding & new joiner support: paperwork for new hires, including contractual, banking, medical insurance, and paperwork production such as salary certificates and PIP documentation.
- Coordinate and administer training workshops as part of the onboarding program.
- Manage the full visa cycle for new hires using platforms and portals relevant to the business units.
- Coordinate relocation of new hires into the country.
- Maintain and administer BambooHR and other HRMS systems.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and resolving work‑related issues.
- Provide current employees with information about policies, job duties, salaries, benefits, etc.
- Provide HR representation, support and guidance during the PIP cycle and performance management issues, including disciplinary actions.
- Support focus groups across the organization, implement agenda and recommend feedback and improvements.
- Offboarding support & coordinate with PRO to cancel/transfer visas and clear immigration.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare final settlement as per Saudi labour law.
- Represent Bayut on Saudi labour disputes and provide reporting & SLA’s, including a 24/48‑hour response time for paperwork production.
- Provide monthly reports to HRM, visa headcount, quotas, etc.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or diploma in HR or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR functions, including administrative and visa experience in a medium to large company.
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of KSA immigration laws.
- Exceptional time‑keeping and planning skills.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong communication skills to work with all levels of seniority internally and externally.
