SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As an HR Executive, you will support the HR function by contributing to projects or areas of specialization by planning and executing assigned tasks and areas of responsibility. May offer advice to employees on matters related to Human Resources. Contribute to assigned projects or specialist area(s), focusing on maintenance, adoption and documentation.

This position will be based in Jeddah and report to the Human Resources Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contribute to the area of specialization by supporting activities within the function and assist in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing procedures and guidelines.
  • Follow procedures, guidelines, and instructions for executing tasks within the specialist area and be the first point of contact for queries regarding the specialist area, supporting employees and colleagues.
  • Contribute to projects to develop or enhance the area(s) of specialization, within the HR department or across functions and keep informed of developments in the professional field, works with the region, and is aligned with any Group directions within the area(s).
  • Be the first point of contact for advice and input across a wide range of HR areas, Maintain and follow up on concepts, tools, and procedures and supports the HR team on matters related to improvement, efficiency, consolidation, etc., of general HR practices.
  • Contribute to developing and enhancing HR concepts and practices across functions, ensuring alignment with Group directions. Support collaboration between HR and internal stakeholders to strengthen HR’s role and effectively support business strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English – both verbally and written.
