Edge Resourcing is searching for a HR Executive to work for a Retail Group for their office in Saudi Arabia. The role is standalone and reports to the Head of HR based in the Dubai office.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Be involved in the recruitment for the company by identifying potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews and recommending candidates for the next stage in the process. Develop sourcing strategies for identifying new talent. Liaise with line managers at all stages in the recruitment process and ensure all positions are posted internally and externally.
  • HR Generalist Duties: HR administrative work (keeping records updated, filing etc.), payroll, visa processing and transfers, employee relations and other HR duties as and when required.
Key Competencies
  • Candidates must be based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable visa.
  • 5+ years HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong business acumen & interpersonal skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of the Saudi Arabia market in terms of labour laws, processes and Saudization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages in particular excel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Retail experience is preferred but not essential.
